2019-20:
Bronne enjoyed a record-setting season in Division II, as he became the NCAA's first winner in national falls in non-consecutive years after winning in 2018. Bronne finished second on the team in wins (25-6) and points (434.5). He is also second in Tiffin career pins with 64. He also had 35 takedowns on the season and set a DII record with 20 pins for the year. He was named NWCA All American while also landing GMAC Wrestler of the Meet and First Team honors. He placed third at Regionals.
2018-19:
Bronne was First Team All GMAC, earning a fifth place finish at regionals. He was unbeaten in G-MAC competition and finished 25-6 overall. He had 46 takedowns and was second on the team with 409.5 points.
2017-18:
Bronne had another fantastic season for the Dragons, finishing with a 25-11 record with 48 takedowns (tied for third on team), 18 two-point nearfalls (led team), 16 four-point nearfalls (tied for team lead), and 22 pins (led team and all of Division II). Bronne place fifth at the NCAA Midwest Regional, just missing out on a trip to Nationals.
2016-17:
Bronne may have been the most improved wrestler for Tiffin, finishing with a 14-7 record and eight pins. Hayden recorded 30 takedowns, 19 escapes, and two reversals.
2015-16:
Hayden finished 3-2 overall with eight takedowns, seven escapes, and three pins.
Personal:
Hayden is the son of Mark and Denise Bronne. He has one sibling and intends to major in Law Enforcement.
High School:
Hayden is a graduate of St. Paris Graham High School. While attending, he was a two time state qualifier and placed 4th.
