Hayden Bronne is widening the gap between his competition, as the national falls leader had a banner week in the national statistics.

Bronne (174 pounds) had a huge weekend at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Duals with falls in all five matches to take a commanding lead in Division II with 16 on the season.  Heavyweight AJ Cooper of Fort Hays State had a pair of falls of his own over the weekend and solidified his hold on second in the division with 12, four behind the leader, but three more than third place. Bronne tacked on another pin against Rochester in TU's latest dual, moving him to 17 overall.

Bronne also has a nearly 10 minute advantage in time over Cooper, leading him 28:08 to 37:57.

Nicholas Mason (197) remains tied for third overall with 9 pins despite action over the last couple weeks due to injury. The only other GMAC wrestler on the falls list is Nathan Vandermeer of Findlay, who is 10th with 7.
