Alexis is the daughter of Boone and Lynnette Savage. She has two siblings, Lauren Savage and Mercedes Polcyn. She is majoring in Sports Management.

Alexis graduated from Springboro High School. While attending, she was granted All-American All-first team Player of the Year and 3-time State qualifier.
