Tiffin University improved by 14 strokes on day two of the Cav Classic, finishing second of 15 teams.

Findlay won with an overall score of 606, while the Dragons improved from 314 to 301 in round two to total 615. Grand Valley State was third with 616.

Tiffin's round of 301 equaled its best 18-hole total of the season and was also the best round shot by any team in the field on day two. Their finish ahead of Grand Valley State marks the first time in school history TU has finished ahead of the Lakers. 

Lisa Marie Schumacher led the Dragons with a third-place finish, shooting 74 after a round-one 75 for 149.

Michaela Lindahl was next, tying for 7th with 151. She had rounds of 75 and 76.

Jordan Van Meter finished in the top 20, improving from 79 to 77 for 156. Amanda Johansson had a big jump on day two, improving from 85 to 73 for a 158 total. Alexis Savage also shot 85 in round two.
