Alexis Savage was in second place after the first round of the Champions of Women's Golf Invitational, as Tiffin University led the 10-team field.

TU finished with a 304 total, just ahead of Davenport's 307. Ohio Dominican was in third with 319.

Savage had a strong opening round, firing 72, while Jordan Van Meter was right behind in 3rd place with 75. Michaela Lindahl was also in the Top 10, placing 7th with 77.

Amanda Johansson was next for TU with 80, while Lisa Schumacher rounded out the top five for TU with 83.

Also golfing as individuals were Emily Bogner with 90, Allyson Rosen with 93, and Sophia Compton with 96.
