Alexis Savage has been named GMAC Women's Golfer of the Week.

Savage and the Dragons roared to a team title at the Champions of Women's Golf Tournament hosted by Ohio Dominican in Columbus.
 
Tiffin topped a 10-team field that included Great Midwest schools Malone, host ODU, Ashland, and Kentucky Wesleyan.
 
The Dragons had a two-round score of 608 (304-304) with Savage leading the way following a runner-up finish in the individual standings.
 
Savage posted rounds of 72 and 76 for a tournament total of 148 and she was one of four Tiffin players in the top 10. She was also joined by Amanda Johansson (tie for third), Michaela Lindahl (tie for fifth), and Lisa Marie Schumacher (seventh).
 
Savage's scoring average stands at 80.20 through the season with five rounds counted in two events.
