Robin Farris (1974-76) enjoys the distinction of having the greatest single season scoring performance in TU men's basketball history. He averaged 21 points per game for his career, totaling over 1170 points. He helped lead TU to their first ever MOC title in 1976. During that season, Farris averaged 26.8 points per game, placing eighth in the nation in scoring. He was a First Team All-MOC pick Farris went on to play professional basketball in England and Scotland for two years before returning to coach at TU in 1979. He then went back to Europe to coach, helping to lead Norway to a national championship in women's basketball. He currently serves as women's athletic director, basketball coach and volleyball coach at Indiana University-Southeast.
