Art Loescher (1968-72) manned the post during his TU basketball career, helping to lead the Dragons during that stretch to a 71-27 record. Those teams won three LEC titles and one National Championship. He averaged 13 points per game over his career. Those TU teams never finished lower than 3rd in the nation in any of those years. After graduation, Loescher went on to coach at Northwestern Business College in Lima for seven years. He then entered the cablevision business in 1980 and currently manages Coaxial Communications of Southern Ohio Inc. in Cincinnati.
