Alison Merner (1988-91), a Livonia, Michigan native, was a four-time All-District 22 and three-time All-Conference player with the Dragons. The Dragons Volleyball program rose to prominence during her career, posting 114 wins in her four years. In 1989 she helped lead Tiffin University to its most wins ever in a season (31). The Dragons won 30 or more games during three of her four seasons. She was also a two-time All-Academic honoree in both the conference and district. She is among the Dragons all time leaders in blocks and kills. She graduated with a degree in Administrative Management. She presently works at the University of Richmond as a Network Adminstrator. She resides in Richmond, Virginia.
