LeAndra Martin has joined the women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2022-23 season.

Martin joined the Dragons basketball staff after serving as the Kenyon College Women's Basketball Assistant Coach for the 2021-22 season where the Ladies made an NCAC tournament appearance.

She was hired after serving as a basketball skills trainer, as well as a coach for the Ohio Xtreme in the Amateur Athletic Union since 2015. Her coaching experience also extends to the high school level, where she worked as a volunteer assistant at Northwest High School in Canal Fulton, Ohio. At Northwest, she coordinated practice plans and skill work for a program that won a district championship in 2017.

Prior to her work at Northwest, Martin served as the junior varsity head coach at Highland High School, also in Ohio, leading her team to a 21-1 record. One year after that, she moved a little more north and worked for a season as the junior varsity head coach at Tallmadge High School, where she guided the program to its first wins in three seasons.

"I am absolutely thrilled that Coach Lee has decided to be a part of our Dragon Family," said Head Coach Josh Mason. "Her positive energy, passion for coaching, and desire to help student-athletes both on and off the court will make a significant impact on our program."
