The Tiffin Women's Basketball team fell to Ky. Wesleyan 61-48 last week. The Dragons will head to Lake Erie on Thursday at the Osborne Center, then head to Hillsdale on Saturday.

 Dragon Details:

The Dragons are 1-3 over their last four games with a win at home against Malone. 

Last time out Tiffin lost to Kentucky Wesleyan 61-48, with the Panthers sporting a 21-0 edge at the free throw line. 

Tiffin's defense ranks second in the conference and is holding their opponents to 69.0 points per game and 41.9% from the field. The Dragons' rebounding ranks first in the conference in margin, outrebounding teams by 4.4 boards per game. 

Aarion Nichols has been doing it all for Tiffin so far, ranking amongst the national leaders in per game averages in points, rebounds, assists and steals. She averages 16.3 ppg, 8.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.1 steals.

Savanah Richards is second on the team in points, averaging 14.3. Jensen Hiegel (7.5 points, 3.6 rebounds), Jada Tate (8.6 points, 7.4 rebounds) and Kirsten Williams (6.0 points, 4.1 rebounds) also lead the squad on the floor.   

Scouting the Storm

The Storm are 0-4 in their last four games. 

Lake Erie is led by Sydney Wyngarden, scoring 12.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 5.5 assists, along with Breanna Bauer averaging 11.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 0.8 steals and teammate Lainey Billing scoring 10.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists. 

The Dragons lead the all-time series with the Storm 11-9, with their last meeting coming on Feb. 8 last year when Tiffin won 76-69.

Scouting the Chargers

The Chargers enter the game with a 1-3 record over their last four games with a win at Lake Erie 76-66. 

Hillsdale's defense is second in the conference in field goal defense, holding opponents to 40.2 percent. 

Hillsdale's balanced attack has four player in double figures. Grace Touchette leads the way averaging 14.3 ppg, 4.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists, and teammate Sydney Mills leads the team in rebounds with 11.7 per game along with 8.6 points per game. Jaycie Burger averages 11.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.3 assist, Arianna Sysum averages 11.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks and Lauren Daffenberg scores 10.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.9 steals per game. 

Hillsdale leads the series against Tiffin 14-7, with the Dragons edging the Chargers 80-73 last time out on Feb. 13 last year when Nichols recorded a career-high 24 points.
