Tiffin University (17-20, 9-7 G-MAC) won for the eighth time in 10 games, sweeping Ursuline 8-1 and 5-0.

The Dragons scored five runs in the first inning of game one to set the tone early. Taylor Whalen singled and Maddie Woods reached on an error at second base. Tara Gall then singled home a run, with both runners then moving up on a wild pitch. Maci Head singled in another run, as did Molly Koesters. Caitlin Wilson walked, and an error on Aubrie Harper's grounder let another run in. Finally, Michelle Rodkey was hit by a pitch for TU's fifth run.

In the sixth, Whalen reached on an error at shortstop and then stole second. Moods doubled to drive Whalen home, and Head followed with a titanic blast to center field for Tiffin's final two runs.

That was more than enough for Feldkamp, who only allowed one runner in scoring position after the first inning. She allowed 4 hits and fanned 5 over 7 innings.

Overall Head had 3 hits with a double and home run for 3 RBI, while Whalen had 2 hits.

In the nightcap, Isabella St. Peter was just as dominant, allowing 3 hits with 5 strikeouts over 7 innings. She also allowed just one runner in scoring position over the entire game.

In the second, Wilson, Katie Deardorff, and Harper all singled. Rodkey then singled home a run. Another run sccored on a sacrifice fly by Whalen, and a throwing error by the catcher let in another run.

TU capped it off in the fifth when, after Head reached on an error at third, Koesters drilled a moon shot over the scoreboard in left field for TU's last two runs
