Tiffin University (14-19, 6-6 G-MAC) got strong pitching and managed a split with Trevecca Nazarene, winning 2-1 and falling 1-0.

Claire Feldkamp got the win with 7 innings, allowing 7 hits and one earned run.

TU got the first run in the opening inning. Taylor Whalen singled and stole second. Tara Gall then singled to drive her home.

With the score tied 1-1 in the third inning, the Dragons mounted a rally with two outs. Molly Koesters and Maci Head singled. Aubrie Harper then singled to give TU the go-ahead run.

Gall was the lone TU player with multiple hits, as she collected two in the game.

In the nightcap, TU had chances but left four runners in scoring position over seven innings.

Isabella St. Peter took the tough loss, allowing 7 hits over 7 innings and one earned run.

TNU got its lone run in the fifth inning off a sacrifice fly.

TU had its best shot in the sixth inning. Koesters singled and Head reached on a hit by pitch with just one out. A flyout to second and centerfield ended the threat.
