It was a wild day at the diamond, as Tiffin's bats came alive to stage a big game-two comeback that led to a sweep of Ursuline 8-0 in six innings and 12-9 in the nightcap.

Most of the drama came in the second game, which featured 21 runs, 14 hits, and 5 errors. The Dragons trailed in the 4th inning 8-1 but rallied to score 9 runs in the 5th innings to vault ahead of the Arrows. The Dragons' bullpen also came through in game two, allowing only 4 hits over the final 5.2 innings.

Starter Sarah Klein lasted just 1.1 innings, allowing 6 hits and 7 runs (2 earned). The Dragons got one of those runs back in the first inning when, with two outs, Brooke Lambert singled, stole second, and came home on Laura Teunion-Smith's single.

Down 8-1 in the 4th inning, TU started to chip away at the lead. Teunion-Smith reached on an error by the right fielder, then reached second on Skylar Legg's fielder's choice. Kaylee Savage then singled her home. A subsequent throwing error by the catcher allowed Legg to score, but TU still trailed 8-3 heading to the fifth inning.

In the fifth inning, the Dragons erupted for 9 runs to take control of the game. Taylor Whalen singled and Maddie Woods doubled. Kirsten Georges then singled for one run. Lambert then singled to load the bases. Teunion-Smith singled to drive home two more runs.

With two outs, the clutch hits continued, as Caitlin Wilson singled for a run, then stole second. Jaelen Kelly walked, then Whalen batted for the second time in the inning and responded with a double for 2 RBI. Woods then singled to drive in two more runs. After stealing second, Georges singled her home for TU's final run.

Meanwhile, the TU bullpen was masterful. Libby Schaadt came on in relief of Klein and pitched 1.2 innings of 2 hit ball, allowing just one earned run. Shelbey Spurlock then came in, eventually getting the win with 2 innings of no-hit ball. Victoria Edwards then closed out the game with 2 more innings, allowing 2 hits while fanning 3.

Overall Teunion-Smith had 2 hits for 3 RBI, Woods had 2 hits with a double for 2 RBI, Whalen had 3 hits with a double for 2 RBI, and Georges had 2 hits for 2 RBI.

In the opener, Claire Feldkamp was dominant, pitching 6 innings and allowing just 2 hits while walking 2 and fanning 9 for the win.

TU had 11 more hits, with Skylar Legg getting 2 hits with a double and Savage getting 2 hits for 2 RBI. Logan Bush also had a double for 2 RBI.

With two outs in the first inning, Lambert singled, stole second, and scored on Teunion-Smith's single.

TU got another run in the third. Woods singled, stole second, moved to third on a sacrifice, and then scored on a groundout to second base.

In the fourth inning, after Legg singled, pinch runner Bailey Hamilton stole second and was then sacrificed to third. She then scored on an error at second base. After pinch runner Wilsonstole second, Whalen then singled to drive her home.

TU got the final four runs it needed in the sixth inning. Legg doubled and came home on Savage's single. Kelly then roped a pinch hit single, while Whalen walked to load the bases. Woods had a sacrifice fly for another run. Logan Bush then smashed a double to drive home two more runs and end the game.
