Tiffin University (5-7) could not get the offense working against Indianapolis, falling 10-0 in 5 innings and 5-2 in the nightcap.

In the second game, trailing 1-0 in the second inning, the Dragons loaded the bases on a bunt single, a walk, and a fielder's choice. They scratched across a run on a throwing error by the catcher to tie the score 1-1.

UIndy scored two runs in the bottom of the second to go ahead 3-1. In the fourth inning, Skylar Legg walked and moved to second on Kristen Georges's sacrifice bunt. A dropped fly ball at second base allowed pinchrunner Hallie Sheehan to cross the plate and make it 3-2.

TU got its last chance in the fifth inning when Brooke Lambert and Maddie Woods opened the inning with singles. The Dragons followed with three straight strikeouts, however, ending their last chance to score runs in the game as they did not manage another baserunner over the final two innings.

Claire Feldkamp took the loss, pitching the first two innings and allowing 3 earned runs on 4 hits. Victoria Edwards followed with 2.2 innings, allowing one earned run, while Libby Schaadt finished the final 1.1 innings.

Lambert had 2 of Tiffin's four hits with a double.

In the opener, TU could not manage a hit and had just three baserunners via three walks.

Sarah Klein took the loss, pitching 3 innings and allowing 9 earned runs.
