Tiffin University (7-4) got another win on their Florida trip, clipping Bloomfield with a walkoff 4-3 victory in 8 innings.

Tiffin opened strong with three runs in the opening frame, all with two outs. Brooke Lambert walked and was followed by Hayley Kobie and Gabrielle Hess reaching via hit by pitches. Libby Crow followed with a 2 RBI single. The Dragons continued to take advantage of the wild Bloomfield pitching, as Chloe Swaisgood then walked. Chelsey Trusty got another free pass, bringing Hess home for TU's third run.

Bloomfield, however, took advantage of TU errors to tally three unearned runs (two in the third and one in the fourth) to knot the score 3-3. TU pitcher Sarah Klein stayed strong, however, halting chances for Bloomfield in the fifth and sixth innings when Bloomfield had runners in scoring position.

Bloomfield threatened again in the 8th inning. With a runner on third and two outs, Klein induced a pop out to second base to keep the score tied and bring the Dragons to the plate.

With Jamie Sevenish placed on second base via international rules, she was sacrificed to third and then came home on Lambert's game winning single.

Klein got the win, tossing 8 innings and allowing no earned runs and 9 hits with 4 strikeouts.

Crow had 3 hits for 2 RBI, while Sevenish and Swaisgood had two hits apiece.
