Twelve Dragons Receive Men's Track All Region Recognition

The Tiffin University Men's Track and Field team had 12 members named All-Region for the 2021 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field season by the USTFCCCA. 

The Dragons dominated in the field events as Cameron Burrows leads the way with All-Region honors in two events - the long jump (12th in the nation) and the high jump (3rd in the nation). Nik Curtiss (2nd in the nation) and Ralph Casper (3rd in the nation) were selected for their performance this season in the shot put. Steele Butzin (28th in the nation) was named All-Region for the Javelin, Collin Jasin for the Pole Vault (10th in the nation), and Quincy Scott (21st in the nation) for the long jump. Lloyd McCurdy (4th in the nation) received All-Region in the triple jump and Garrett Wilson (22nd in the nation) for the Javelin.

Four Dragons received All-Region honors for the track events with Elijah Gauldin (25th in the nation) in the 100-meter dash, Mason Plant (9th in the nation) and Errik Snell (16th in the nation) in the 110 hurdles, and Lenell Shelby III (5th in the nation) in the 400-meter hurdles. 

Seven of the twelve All-Region Honorees will represent Tiffin at the NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championships that will be held at Grand Valley State University on May 27-29 in Allendale, Michigan.
