The Tiffin University Men's Track and Field squad are in second after day two of the GMAC Championship meet.

The Dragons have 82 points, trailing Findlay's 92 points through eight events.

Cameron Burrows won the GMAC Championship in the long jump with a mark of 7.35 meters. He was followed by Quincy Scott with a leap of 7.11 meters.

Four Dragons qualified for the 110 hurdles finals as Errik Snell came in first with a time of 14.31, then Lenell Shelby III in second with a time of 14.40, Mason Plant tied for third with a time of 14.46, and Nathaneal Wilson with a time of 15.15.

Dorian Hooker finished second in the 400 meter prelims with a time of 48.98 and teammate Drew Hickman came in third with a time of 49.13.

Three Tiffin runners in the 100-meter dash qualified for the finals with Elijah Gauldin leading the way with a time of 10.78 in second, Jonte Baker in sixth with a time of 11.23, and Stephen Powell in seventh with a time of 11.03.

Four Dragons made it to the finals in the 400-meter dash as Thomas Zor took first with a time of 52.96, then Lenell Shelby III in second with a time of 54.24, Errik Snell in fourth with a time of 55.56, and Dean Johnson in eighth with a time of 56.87.

Dorian Hooker led the way in the 200-meter finals qualifiers with a time of 21.82, Elijah Gauldin was sixth with a time of 22.28, and Michael McNeil came in eighth with a time of 22.47.

Nathaniel Ondracek placed second in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:28.02.

The quartet of Elijah Gauldin, Quincy Scott, Brentt Ballard and Michael McNeil qualified first in the 4 x 100 with a time of 41.49.

Jaylen Lasseter qualified second in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:58.61.

Nicholas Runco came in fifth in the 800 meter prelims with a time of 1:56.37.

Collin Jasin came in second in the pole vault with a mark of 5.03 and teammate Cameron Burrows came in fourth with a mark of 4.73.

Joseph Holida came in third in the high jump with a mark of 1.94 and Jacob Goudy in sixth with a mark of 1.89.

John Casper finished second in the discus with a mark of 52.19, Eric Jackson came in third with a throw of 51.66, and Ralph Casper in fifth with a mark of 48.83.

Jacob McPherson came in fourth in the hammer throw with a mark of 57.54.

Garrett Wilson placed fifth in the decathlon with 5355 points.
