Tiffin University had a number of standout performances on the first day of the Lee Invitational.

Top marks went to Lloyd McCurdy in the triple jump, who won the event with a provisional leap of 15.35 meters. 

Tiffin placed four throwers in the top 10 in the hammer throw, with Jacob McPherson finishing second with 53.35. John Casper was 5th with 52.38, while Christian Sturm was right behind in 6th with 51.15. Matt Ryser was 10th with 45.77, while Vincent Volpe placed 13th.

Other top marks went to Dorian Holida (7th in triple jump with 13.91), Elijah Gauldin (11th in 200 in 21.68), Jaylen Lasseter (30th in 1500 in 4:05.03), and Quincy Scott (31st in 200 in 22.21).
