Dragons continue strong spring at Walsh

Tiffin University's men's track and field squad had another strong day at the Walsh Invitational, hitting three NCAA provisional marks.
 
Davis Bowers hit the NCAA standard in winning the pole vault with 5.05 meters while Collin Jasin placed 3rd with another provisional mark of 4.85m.
 
Errik Snell brought another provisional mark by winning in the 110 hurdles in a time of 14.40, while Jonte Baker won in the 100-meter run in a time of 10.73. 
 
Runner-up marks came from Lamar Hargrove (400 meters with 48.93), Stephen Korir (1500 in 4:05.89), Dorian Holida (long jump with 6.66m), and Tayler Stuber placed 2nd in the triple jump with 13.79m while also finishing 7th in long jump.
 
Third place finishes were by Robert Taylor (triple jump with 13.71m), and Josh Jaster (1500 run in 4:07.91).
 
Other top finishers for TU were Wavell Hinds (4th in 110 hurdles), Wan'ya Williams (4th in 100 and 7th in 200), Cameron Burrows (tied 4th in pole vault), Terson Modeste (6th in high jump), Zachery Majeski (6th in high jump), Matt Ryser (6th in hammer), Nathaneal Wilson (6th in 110 hurdles), and Jacob McPherson (7th in discus).
 
Tiffin's men's relay team of Abbitt, Hinds, Scott, and Washington placed 5th in the 4x800m relay.
