Liam Davies is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Tiffin University men's soccer program in 2020-21.

Davies comes to Tiffin after a stint as an assistant men's soccer coach at Coker College (S.C.) from Jan. 2017 to May 2019. In the summer of 2019, he was also the assistant coach for the North Carolina Fusion u23 (USL 2 League), helping the team to win the South Atlantic Division.

Davies is from Liverpool, England, and played four years at the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he graduated in 2016 with a degree in Sport Management. While with the Racers, he was a 2014 NAIA All-American and the 2015 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Defensive Player of the Year. His team won the WHAC regular-season crown and reached the NAIA Final Four in 2014, and also took the WHAC tournament title in 2015.

After graduation from UNOH, he also spent time playing for the New Orleans Jesters of the NPSL.
