Jessica (Schult) Phillips (2003-06) is one of the greatest volleyball players in Tiffin University’s history. She is a four-time All-American Mideast Conference selection who was also 2006 NCAA National Independent Player of the Year. She earned two All-NCAA Independent selections while also being named to the AMC All-Freshman team. She is Tiffin’s career kills leader with 1967 and aces leader with 244 while also finishing fourth in career digs. She holds eight school records and led the team to a school record 35-10 record in 2006. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and currently is Senior Regional Sales Director for Poplar Healthcare in Dallas, Texas. She and her family reside in McKinney, Texas.
