George Whitfield Jr. (1997-2000) is one of the most recognized and accomplished Tiffin University football players in the nation. As an All-Mideast League selection during his career, he held career records for completions, passing yards, and touchdowns at the time of his graduation. He then founded Whitfield Athletix, the nation's premier quarterback training academy. The academy has produced four Heisman Trophy winners and three National Football League number one draft picks. After graduation he also played in the Arena Football League and coached at Iowa and with the San Diego Chargers. He also regularly appears on ESPN Gameday as a college football analyst. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science. He lives in San Diego, California.
