Kara Windsor (1993-96) is an All-American softball player who helped lead the Dragons program into the national spotlight for the first time. She earned four All-District and All-Conference honors over career, finishing 10th in the nation in triples and 15th in strikeouts during her senior season. Kara was an NAIA Scholar Athlete while playing shortstop and pitcher, and still holds the career batting average mark of .433. She was one of the leaders of the 1993 Bi-District Championship squad that earned Tiffin 's first NAIA National Tournament berth. She earned her degree in Criminal Justice and is currently a mental health therapist for Wayne Morse Ph.D. and Associates. She and her husband reside in Tiffin, Ohio .
