Tiffin University's women's cross country team won the Redstorm Classic at Rio Grande, Ohio, with Ines Macadam crossing the line in first place.

The Dragons were first of five teams, beating West Virginia Tech 36-45, while Shawnee State was third with 48.

Macadam led five Top 12 finishers for TU, taking first with a time of 19:38.77. Chloe Will was 6th in 20:42.99, while Holly Cole was right behind in 7th in 20:44.60.

Charlotte Campbell was 10th overall in 21:17.89, followed by Julia Springer in 12th in 21:49.53.

Other top finishers for TU included Ashlin Lindsey (21st), Audrey Guggenbiller (27th), and Diamond Thomas (30th).

TU will now host the GMAC Championships on Oct. 24 at Seneca Hills Golf Course.
