The Dragons bounced back in set number two, winning a competitive set which went to overtime. Trailing 24-23, TU scored three-straight including back-to-back kills from Kaylee Freund and Addison Conti to level the match at one all.

TU just fell short in the third set down the stretch as the Cavaliers regained the lead at 2-1.

Tiffin trailed by as many as six points in the fourth set, at 19-13, before a 7-1 run tied it at 20-20. The two sides traded scores back-and-forth until the Dragons, fueled by the traveling fans, won 30-28 to force a fifth set.

The fifth and final set did not disappoint as both sides continued to trade blows. Another set that would go deep into overtime until tied at 19, a kill from Kenedi Goon followed by a service ace from Olivia Karhoff sealed the victory.

The Dragons now advance to the semifinal of the conference tournament for the second consecutive year, which will be played on Friday, November 17th.
