The Tiffin University volleyball team (10-14, 4-7 GMAC) fell 3-0 to non-conference opponent McKendree.

Tiffin kept it close early in the set until the Bearcats went on a 4-0 run to lead 10-6. McKendree continued its momentum leading 21-13, but Tiffin countered with a 6-1 run to cut the lead to 22-19. The Bearcats went on to win the set 25-21.

McKendree jumped to an early 8-3 lead to start set two. The Dragons responded with a 3-0 run to cut the lead to 8-6. The Bearcats went on to win the set 25-12.

In the third set, McKendree built a 12-3 lead early, and Tiffin responded with a 7-1 run to cut the lead to 18-13. Tiffin put together a monster 7-1 run to come within two at 22-20. However, the Bearcats outlasted Tiffin winning 25-21.

Taylor Peterson led the offense with 12 kills, a .458 hitting percentage, two digs, and two block assists, Josie Reinhart recorded seven kills, with a 0.081 hitting percentage, two service aces, two digs, and one block assist, and Clare Kwiatkowski had 28 assists, one service ace, 12 digs, and three block assists.

Kwiatkowski was named to the Crossover All-Tournament Team by vote of the conference SIDs.
