Boes lands All-American honor on day two at NCAA Nationals

Brook Boes made her mark in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships held at CSU-Pueblo.

Boes landed Second Team All-American honors with an 11th-place finish, posting a throw of 46.39 meters.

Boes is now a four-time All-American with this being her first outdoor discus honor. Her other two outdoor honors came last spring in both weight throw and in shot put. 

Rajiah Andrews also qualified for the 100-meter hurdles finals on May 27, grabbing the last spot by finishing 9th with a personal record of 13.81 seconds. That time is just .01 off the school record of 13.80. 

C'airra Carter also placed 16th in the high jump, clearing the bar at 1.60 meters.
