Tiffin University's women's tennis team is ranked 6th in the Midwest region, as the latest regional rankings were released.

The women's program was one of five GLIAC teams that placed in the top 8. Grand Valley State was third and Wayne State fourth, while Northwood was just in front of TU at fifth and Saginaw Valley State was eighth. Indianapolis was first while Drury was next in second place. 

The Dragons recently finished 3rd at the GLIAC Tournament and hold a 9-5 record. 

TU will start their spring season on Feb. 18 at Findlay before travelling to Indianapolis for a big regional showdown on Feb. 23.
