Tiffin University (0-2) improved in its offensive output but could not keep up with McKendree, falling 19-5.

The Dragons managed 23 shots offensively but also allowed 36 shots to McKendree, as they fell behind 10-2 by halftime.

TU scored three times in the third quarter but could not manage any more goals in the game afterward. 

Overall McKendree had 37 ground balls to TU's 23, while Tiffin won the draws 18-8. Four of Tiffin's five goals came off free-position shots.

Gabby Wilson had 2 goals along with 6 ground balls, 7 draw controls, and 2 caused turnovers.

Gabrielle Beals had a goal and 8 draw controls, while Hannah Kaplan and Caylin Kunze also had goals. 

Jenay Rennie made 13 saves in goal.
