Elle Hamilton was named GMAC Offensive Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Hamilton continued her strong start to the 2021 season as she makes her presence felt as one of the top threats not only in the Midwest Region, but the country.
 
The Dragons are conference preseason favorites and one of the big reasons is the reigning Great Midwest Player of the Year roaming the field. She was off to another incredible start in the pandemic-shortened 2020 campaign with three different player of the week awards, including one on the defensive side.
 
Tiffin had closely contested finals against Notre Dame (OH) and Davenport over the past week as the senior contributed seven goals and a pair of assists.
 
She also had seven combined ground balls and was responsible for 11 draw controls and a pair of caused turnovers. Hamilton fired off 14 shots, including 11 on target.
 
It is no surprise Hamilton is the early league leader in goals scored (8) and points (12) while sharing the lead with Walsh's Kendra Cowen-Tripp in points per game (4.0).
