Tiffin University's women's lacrosse team continued their strong academic tradition, as the team earned IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad.

In addition, six Dragons' players were named to the IWLCA Division II Honor Roll. Gina Abulone, Tori Nelson, Tiffany Anderson, Amanda Flotteron, Lindzy Fox, and Diana Oduho garnered the individual honors.

The IWLCA honored 242 student-athletes from 67 different institutions on the 2017 IWLCA Zag Sports Division II Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of3.50 or greater.

Tiffin was one of 308 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA to earn IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squads distinction. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.0 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
