Michele Vlacovsky enters her second year in 2023-24 as Head Women's Golf Coach at Tiffin University.

The Dragons had another strong season in 2022-23, finishing runner-up at the G-MAC Championships and qualifying for NCAA regionals for the fifth consecutive year. The Dragons reached the NCAA National Championships for the second consecutive season. Lisa Marie Schumacher earned the program's first-ever WGCA All-American citation for her outstanding season.

Vlacovsky served for two seasons as an assistant coach for the men's and women's golf programs at Northwood University.

While at Northwood, the women's team earned its highest finish at the GLIAC Championship in program history, placing second overall.

Prior to Northwood, Vlacovsky served as the girl's head coach at Louisville High School in Louisville, Ohio. She posted a record of 39-4 (.907) overall in dual matches in her time as head coach. The team had its best season in program history in 2020, going 16-0 overall. 

Vlacovsky holds a bachelor of arts and history from Walsh University, where she was a two-time First Team All-G-MAC honoree and a three-time WGCA All-American Scholar Athlete over her four years.
