Nicole Frazier enters her first season as Assistant Coach for the Tiffin University softball program in 2023-24.
Frazier has extensive experience in coaching area softball. She has served since 2019 as 8U, 10U, and 12U travel softball coach while also coaching area youth since 2015 in various youth leagues. She also served as assistant coach for Marion Harding High School and River Valley High School.
She played from 1998-2002 for the University of Findlay, where she played first base and pitched, compiling a 32-16 career mound record. She also enjoyed a successful high school career at Bucyrus High School, earning two First Team All-Ohio citations along with three All-League and All-Northwest District honors. In 1998 she was named Mansfield News Journal's Player of the Year.
She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Findlay with a bachelor of arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Psychology. She has worked in the Criminal Justice/Human-Social Services field for the past 20 years.
