Heidi Marshall has been named Student Athlete of the Week by the 2nd and 7 Foundation.

As a Softball player at Tiffin University, she understands the importance of using her platform to pay it forward.

Heidi shares what she appreciates most about her volunteer experience, "I enjoyed visiting the elementary school that I attended in my hometown district. The students were eager and excited to receive the book. 2nd & 7 Foundation gives the students an opportunity to get excited about reading and learning some life lessons."

The mission of The 2nd & 7 Foundation is to promote reading by providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward.
