James Ngandu was named All Midwest Region by the USTFCCCA, as all region selections were announced Nov. 7.

Ngandu won the Midwest Region Championship, extending his winning streak to seven straight this season. He won his second consecutive GLIAC Championship earlier this season. He also recently was named NCAA National Athlete of the Week.
