James Ngandu's honors continue to grow.

Ngandu was named Midwest Region Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA, as the nation's top regional athletes and coaches were recognized. 

Ngandu won the Midwest Region Championship, extending his winning streak to seven straight this season. He won his second consecutive GLIAC Championship earlier this season. He also recently was named NCAA National Athlete of the Week.
