Men’s Track and Field Finishes third at the GMAC Championships

The Tiffin University men's track and field team came in third at the GMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, scoring 132.50 points.

Findlay won the event with 148.5 points, followed by Ashland with 144 points.

Malachi Adams took first in the 60-meter dash with an NCAA DII Provisional mark of 6.741, Tajarie Arthurton finished fourth, hitting an NCAA DII Provisional mark of 6.83, and Michael McNeil came in eighth with a time of 7.07.

Anthony Nickerson won the GMAC Championship in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.16 and Nathaniel Ondracek came in third with a time of 1:54.61.

Jacob McPherson took third in the shot put, hitting an NCAA DII Provisional mark with a throw of 16.88, while Benedict Draghi was seventh with a mark of 15.57.

Michael McNeil grabbed third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.22 and Kyron Rogers finished seventh with a time of 22.73.

In the 1600 relay, the squad of McNeil, Ondracek, Humes, Nickerson, Wynn, and Mayberry took third with a time of 3:26.54.

Nathaniel Ondracek came in third in the mile run with a time of 4:13.99 and Dalton Gleason came in eighth with a time of 4:21.47.

AJ Neal finished third in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.33.

Dorian Holida took fourth in the triple jump with a jump of 14.01 and Zachary Antonio finished eighth with a leap of 13.14.

Garrett Hoepf came in fifth in the high jump with a mark of 1.94 meters.

In the men's heptathlon, Seth Andres finished fifth with a score of 4581 followed by Josiah Gadson in fifth with 4570.
