Dragons rise to 17th in the nation

Tiffin University's men's outdoor track and field team continued its upward trajectory in the latest national polls, coming in at 17th.

The Dragons, coming off a first place finish at the Emory Invitational, rose 10 spots in the rankings to crack the Top 20.

Angelo State is the top-ranked team in the nation with 182.75 points, followed by Saint Augustine with 167.90. TU was 17th with 68.17 and was the second highest ranked G-MAC school. Findlay jumped 31 spots in the poll to place 10th with 84.37 points. Cedarville was also ranked 46th. 

Tiffin was the preseason favorite to win the G-MAC outdoor championship, and recently finished 3rd at the NCAA Indoor National Championships.
