Dragons remain in second after day two

Tiffin University remained in second place overall in the 2018 NCAA Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Tiffin trailed only Ashland in the standings. The Eagles lead with 24 points while Tiffin is right behind with 17. 

It was a relatively light day for Tiffin, as only three competitors were in action. Cameron Burrows got the Dragons 5 points with a 4th place finish, clearing the high jump in 2.12 meters. It was his best outdoor showing as a Dragon, as he finished 11th last year.

Eric Jackson also competed in the discus, finishing 20th. Mackenzi Rickman also competed in the prelims of the 110 hurdles but he did not advance to the finals.

The Dragons will be back for the final day of the championships on May 26.
