The Dragons open the 2017-18 season at Gannon on Saturday.

Dragons: Last season, the Dragons continued to improve, having six athletes named All-GLIAC. Tiffin sent two athletes to nationals with Anastasiia Kvitchenko taking 29th in the 200 butterfly. Morgan Dunleavy earned All-American status for the 3rd time in her career, taking 12th in the 1-meter dive and 22nd in the 3-meter dive.

Returners: Coach Moran will lean on his returners this season as both of his national qualifiers on the women's side return. Dunleavy will look to become the first four-time all-american in Tiffin history. Kvitchenko currently holds four records at Tiffin, setting the marks in the 100 fly, 200 fly, 200 IM, and the 400 IM. On the men's side, Coach Moran expects big things from Jonah Sumfleth and Matt Laporte. Sumfleth began competing last Januanry and had an immediate impact, setting records in the 50 free style, 100 backstroke, and the 100 fly. Matt Laporte is another swimmer that has left his mark in the record book, currently holding three Tiffin records.
