Ryan Blair is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Tiffin University men’s soccer program in 2023-24.
Blair, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, played for four years and graduated from Oakland City University (IN). During his time at Oakland City, he was a two-year captain of the team and collected various awards such as MVP and Freshman Of The Year.
Blair joins Tiffin University after two successful seasons as an assistant coach at Oakland City University, where they attended two conference finals, set a single-season win record for the school, and attended an NCCAA national tournament.
Blair has also played for Little Rock Rangers (USL2).
