Tiffin University's men's soccer reserves won its second consecutive G-MAC 2 championship with two games remaining in the season.

TU's recent 3-0 victory over Findlay gave the team a chance to celebrate their accomplishments at home at the Paradiso Athletic Complex. The Dragons' record is 10-1 overall with an impressive 6-0 mark in conference. They have tallied a total of 36 goals in just 11 games, conceding just 3 so far in the conference.

The team is known for its offense, with TU achieving a season-high 8 goals against Rio Grande as they posted an impressive 8-0 win. Defensively they were also hard to break down, racking up a solid 6 clean sheets across 11 games.

Tiffin's head men's soccer coach Rudy Brownell remarked on the achievement.

"Winning a championship isn't about the trophy you hold in your hands," said Brownell. "It's about the journey you took to get there, the sacrifices you made, and the bonds you formed with your teammates along the way. It's a testament to your dedication, perseverance, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Remember, it's not the championship that defines you, but the character you displayed on and off the field. I am extremely proud of these boys and the grit they have shown. I am excited to see the progress they continue to make in the future with us. Go Gons".
