The Tiffin University men's soccer team (6-3-3, 5-2-3 GMAC) defeated GMAC newcomer Northwood 4-0.
After a scoreless first half, Tiffin broke the tie in the 47th minute off a goal from Thierry Van Den Bergh. The Dragons kept up the pressure as they doubled their lead with a goal from Stephen Owusu in the 49th minute.
George McCarthy scored in the 73rd minute off a great pass from Juan Rosique Alvarez to hold a commanding 3-0 lead. The Dragons added a fourth goal as Zachary Bin Ghazie assisted Tommaso Favro to take a 4-0 win over Northwood.
Declan Lehmann got his sixth shutout of the season with one save in the win.
