The No. 3 seed Tiffin University Dragons (6-3, 5-3 GMAC) defeated No. 6 seed Findlay (3-4-3, 3-3-3 GMAC) 4-2 to advance to the GMAC Semifinals.

The squad came out strong as the Dragons' leading goal scorer Juan Rosique curled the ball into the top right corner of the goal off a pass from Ignacio Mazarro to take a 1-0 lead.

Fifteen minutes later Pero Mikulic was assisted by Eduardo Carvalho to score for the Dragons to double their advantage.

Mikulic found the back of the net again in the 29th minute, this time from a George McCarthy pass, to give the Dragons a commanding three-goal lead at halftime.

The Oilers made great halftime adjustments and scored two goals in the first six minutes of the second half both from Nick McCracken to cut Tiffin's lead to one goal.

A heated second half as both teams competed hard to put the game away but a brilliant solo goal by Caleb Gibbons in the 88th minute of play sealed the 4-2 win for the host.

Tiffin led in all statistical categories with a 20-7 advantage in shots, 11-2 in corner kicks, and forced the visitor goalkeepers into six saves.

With Cedarville beating Kentucky Wesleyan 6-1 in the other GMAC quarterfinal game the Dragons will face the Yellow Jackets on Thursday, April 29 in Columbus, Ohio for a 2:30 pm kick-off.
