Dragons 5th after one round at Partridge Invite

Tiffin University was in the hunt for the lead after round one of the Ken Partridge Invitational.

The Dragons finished with 294, 8 strokes off the lead and good for fifth place. Missouri-St. Louis was in the top spot with 286, while Grand Valley State shot 289 for second. Findlay was third with 291 while Indianapolis was fourth with 292.  

Justin Hand and David Siegel were tied for the team lead with twin rounds of 72, tying for 8th place overall.

Johan Widal fired 74 to also crack the Top 25 in 21st place. Mitchell Brassard was also in the top four on the team with 76. Matt Flynn shot 79 also.

Golfing as an individual, Brandon Azzi also fired 79.
