Dragons battle at SVSU Spring Invitational

After one round of play, Tiffin University is tied for 10th place with the University of Indianapolis and Hillsdale College at the SVSU Spring Invitational in Lexington, Kentucky. 

Purdue-Northwest is sitting in first with a 294 while Davenport is in 2nd with a 297. Saginaw Valley State is in third having shot a 298 while McKendree University is trailing behind by 3 strokes with a 301. Maryville University, Drury, and Wayne State are tied for fifth with rounds of 301. The Dragons gathered 306 as a team.

Justin Hand led the Dragons with a 75 after one. He is tied for 26th place. Johan Widal and David Siegel both followed with rounds of 76. Both are tied for 36th place.

Matt Flynn shot just 3 strokes more to come in at 79 on the day, while Mitchell Brassard also chipped in a 79 after one round of play. 

Golfing as individuals, Colton Vincelette shot 80 and Tison Alexander fired an 82.
