Michael Weppernig has been named PING All-Midwest Region.

He is one of four GMAC golfers to receive All-Region honors, joining Robert Holden of Ohio Dominican and Findlay's Donnie Professori and Tanner Grzegorczyk. 

Weppernig was an All GMAC selection with a third-place finish at the conference championships. He led the Dragons to the GMAC title, coming back from one stroke down on the final hole of match play to give TU the championship.

He becomes the first TU men's golfer to land All-Region selection since Noah Barth in 2018.
