Tiffin finishes 13th at Fujikura Invite

Tiffin University shot their best round of the invitational but could not move up in the standings, as the Dragons finished 13th at the CSUSM Fujikura Invitational in San Marcos, California.

The Dragons shot 306 in the final round, improving by 7 strokes from the day before. Overall they finished with 931. CSU-San Marcos edged Chico State for the win 875-876.

Logan Price showed the best improvement in the final round, cutting 4 strokes off his previous day's total (79-75) to finish with 231. That score tied Jay Green for TU's overall lead, as Green shot 76 on the final day to finish with 231.

Jordan Bollenbacher also improved by 4 strokes, going from 81 to 77 to finish with 239, while Noah Barth dropped from 76 to 78 but finished third overall for TU with 234. Tomas Krivanec shot 80 to post a 238 final score.

TU will now be off until March 17-18 when they travel to Georgetown, Kentucky for the GLIAC Spring Invitational.
