Tiffin snapped a seven-game losing streak last Saturday when they rallied from down 18 with six and a half minutes left to stun Ohio Dominican 77-74. Eric Turner had five threes in the game, with three during that comeback run including the go-ahead triple with 13 seconds left.

The Dragons still continue to rank third in the conference with 80.3 points per game and second with a +2.83 turnover margin.

Individually, Jairus Stevens is now third in the GMAC with 18.1 points per game and seventh with 7.5 rebounds per game. He also ranks fifth with a 53.7 field goal percentage.

A pair of freshmen are also having good first seasons with TU as Trent Williams averages 10.2 points per game and 3.1 assists per game while Wesley Jordan averages 11.0 points per game and 6.0 rebounds per game.

Scouting the Storm:

Lake Erie is currently fifth in the conference standings at 7-5 in GMAC play and have won four of their last six, including a 57-45 victory at home over Kentucky Wesleyan last Saturday. The Storm will also travel to face Ohio Dominican Thursday night before heading up to Tiffin.

The Dragons struggled to contain the Lake Erie offense when the two teams played earlier this year on Jan. 18 in Painesville, falling to the Storm 104-82. Lake Erie's Jacob Plantz led all scorers with 22 points, five threes, and seven rebounds, while Stevens led the Dragons with 20 points off the bench.

Lake Erie is fourth in the GMAC as a team with a +7.0 scoring margin and 38.0 rebounds per game, including a conference-leading 11.1 offensive boards per contest. The Storm are also third in the conference with a +2.55 turnover margin and 7.55 steals per game.

The Storm boast the GMAC's leading scorer in guard Gabe Kynard, who averages 19.9 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, and 1.5 steals per game. He is also third in the conference with an 86.9% free throw rate. No other Storm player averages in double figures, with Kevin Peterson the highest at 9.7 points per game.
